Show/hide Sandbox and Production environment | Users can now show/hide their Sandbox and Production environments from their IBM webMethods Embed tenant. To enable this feature, please get in touch with our support team. |
Deploy solutions from one tenant to another | Users can now deploy solutions from one tenant to another. |
Enhancements to Monitor screen | We have made following changes in the Monitor screen:

Create and manage user roles | You can now create custom roles and assign them to your tenant users to establish project-level access control. The set of permissions granted to each role are automatically assigned to the associated users. |
Receive daily usage statistics emails for your tenant | You can now create alerts for daily usage statistics and receive the notification emails. |
Execute custom CloudStream actions | In the previous release, you could only execute default connector actions. From this release, you can execute custom cloudstream actions in your tenant. |
Allow group of users to access each other’s workflows in embedded application | In previous release, users could only access their own worklflows in the embedded application. From this release, the authorized group of users can access each other’s workflows in the embedded application. |
Intercom removed from the UI | In earlier releases, you could use the Intercom available on the user interface for support. In this release, the Intercom is removed. For support, go to the Help menu and click Support. |
Enabled Session Timeout, Idle Timeout, and Popup Auth field by default for all tenants | In previous releases, the Session Timeout, Idle Timeout, and Popup Auth fields were enabled by default for the Bot-enabled tenants only. In this release, we have enabled these fields for all tenants by default. |
Mandatory fields are marked with Astrisk(*) | All the mandatory fields in the Bots configuration form are now marked with asterisk (*). |
SDK initialization and user login through API request | We have updated the Embed SDK to allow the users to initialize the Embed SDK and login by sending an API request. |
Change tenant timezone from SAG Cloud | In previous release, users’ system timezone was considered as user’s Embed tenant timezone. From this release, users can set custom timezone for their Embed tenant from the IBM webMethods iPaaS. |
