Upgrading to a new version

To perform any upgrade, you must be an API Gateway Administrator.

In the API Gateway versions, 11.0.0 and above, the Fix management section on the About page displays information about the latest version. Self upgrades are disabled in 10.15.0 to upgrade it to 11.0.0. Customers have a 60-day window in which to schedule tenant upgrades by initiating a SI ticket through Software AG Global Support. Starting on the 60th day, Software AG will begin automatically upgrading all customer tenants for which no upgrade has been scheduled.
