Undo and Redo Workflow Changes

Understand how to undo the changes made to your workflow and redo the changes made by the undo operation in your workflow.

Undo

The Undo operation lets you reverse the changes made to your workflow, starting from the most recent change. For example, if you provide values for fields A, B, and C and perform the undo operation, then the value for field C is cleared out first.

Note
You can perform the undo operation only on the unsaved changes . After you make changes to your workflow and save it, the undo operation becomes unavailable. It becomes available again for any subsequent unsaved changes in the workflow.

You can either use the Undo icon located at the top of the canvas or the keyboard shortcut ‘Ctrl+Z’ to perform the undo operation.

Redo

The Redo operation lets you revert the changes made to the workflow using the undo operation, starting from the most recent change. For example, if you delete values of fields A, B, and C using the undo operation, then the redo operation reverts the value of field C first.

Note
You can perform the redo operation only on the unsaved changes. After you make changes to your workflow and save it, the redo operation becomes unavailable. It becomes available again for any subsequent unsaved changes done using the undo operation.

You can either use the Redo icon located at the top of the canvas or the keyboard shortcut ‘Ctrl+Y’ to perform the redo operation.
