Preferences

Preferences

Preferences are settings that affect the overall experience within the environment. These settings allow you to customize the application’s functionality, improving usability and tailoring it to your needs. The preferences are organized into the following categories:

Global Preferences

Global Preferences are settings that apply across the entire environment and impact all users within that environment. These preferences are configured at the administrative level and are typically controlled by the tenant administrators.

Auto Commit

The Auto Commit option allows you to automatically save and commit changes to a project in the repository.

These preferences ensure consistency across all users.

Note
Only users with Administrator privileges can enable or disable the Auto Commit option. Developers or other users have access to commit changes but cannot toggle the Auto Commit setting.

Reuse Accounts

The Reuse Accounts option checks whether the connector accounts needed for the integration already exist in the target tenant.

User Preferences

User preferences are settings that apply to individual users and affect only their personal environment or interface. This allows customization of the application’s behavior or appearance to suit each user’s needs. For example:

Configuring Flow Editor Preferences

The Configuring Flow Editor Preferences option allows you to customize the Flow Editor interface and display settings to match your preferences, such as configuring flow steps.

The following options are available in the Flow Editor preferences:
