Deleting On-Premises Accounts
When you no longer need an account, you can delete it. Deleting an account from the on-premises Integration Server also deletes the account from IBM webMethods Cloud.
Note:
To delete the EdgeRuntime_EdgeRuntimeName accounts created for an Integration Server acting as webMethods Edge Runtime, IBM recommends using Integration Mesh to deregister the Edge Runtime. Integration removes the accounts as part of deregistering the Edge Runtime. However, Integration cannot delete the accounts if the Edge Runtime is not reachable at the time deregistering occurs. If this occurs, disable, and then delete the EdgeRuntime_EdgeRuntimeName accounts and the associated EdgeRuntime_EdgeRuntimeName tenant.
*To delete an on-premises account
1. Open Integration Server Administrator.
2. In the webMethods Cloud menu of the navigation panel, click Accounts.
3. Click the icon in the row that corresponds to the account you want to delete in the Delete column of the On-Premise Accounts table.
4. When Integration Server asks you to confirm that you want to delete the account, click OK.
If the account is in use by any of the integration flows in IBM webMethods Cloud, the delete operation will fail.
