Generating OAuth 2.1 Tokens while configuring connections
From the CloudStreams v11.1 release, you can generate the OAuth 2.1 Access Token while creating a new connection or while editing an existing connection from the connection configuration page in IBM webMethods Integration Server Administrator.
Prerequisites
*Install CloudStreams Server v11.1 or a later version with the latest fix level.
*Install the supported CloudStreams Provider for v11.1.
Generating OAuth 2.1 tokens
To generate access tokens, go to the Configure Connection page in the webMethodsIBM webMethods Integration Server Administrator. Within this page, navigate to the section named Connection Groups: OAuth v2.1 (Web Server Authentication Flow) and click on Generate Access Token to open the OAuth 2.1 - Generate Access Token dialog box.
The sections and their respective fields within the OAuth 2.1 - Generate Access Token dialog box vary based on the connector provider package selected by the developer. For example, selecting a provider package that supports the Client Type as Authorization Code Grant with Proof Key Code Exchange (PKCE) will display relevant fields in the PKCE section. This flexibility allows you to customize the integrations to meet the specific requirements of the selected provider package.
