Controls whether Trading Networks publishes the runtime events that belong to the Transaction Complete Events group. When the tn.eda.events.completedTransactions parameter is set to true, Trading Networks publishes the Document Processing Complete event. When the parameter is set to false, the event is not published. The default is false.
