Unlocking User Accounts
API Gateway unlocks a user account after the specified locked duration. However, as an Administrator, you can manually unlock user accounts within the lockout duration configured.
*To unlock locked user accounts
1. Expand the menu options icon Menu options, in the title bar, and select User management.
2. Click Account settings > Account locking settings.
The Locked users section displays all the locked users.
3. From the list of locked user accounts, click Unlock user account to unlock the user account.
4. Click Save.
