Managing Account Settings
Configure account settings for the user interface screens such as the landing page, page size, page depth, date format, time format, and time zone.
Configuring webMethods.io MFT Account Settings
You can configure account settings for the user interface screens such as landing page, page size, page depth, date format, time format, and time zone in webMethods.io MFT using the following two options:
My settings: To configure settings for specific users.
Default settings: To configure settings that are default to all users.
Note: Only the following users can modify the default settings:
Administrator user, User who is part of the MFTAdministrators group in Integration Server, or User in MFT Administrators role in webMethods.io MFT.
Log on to webMethods.io MFT.
Click
on the top-right corner and click Account settings.You can configure or modify the following application settings under My settings and Default settings respectively:

| Landing page | Select an option from the list. This will be the landing page when you log on to webMethods.io MFT. |
| Page size | Select a value from the list. The number of entries on each page (where pagination is applicable) appears based on the value you select. |
| Language | Select your preferred language from the list. |
| Virtual folder | Note: The virtual folder configuration applies only to the administrator. |
| Page size | Type the number of folders for display in the Virtual folders page. |
| Page depth | Type the folder depth upto which you want to apply the folder count. The folder depth value is 1 for the root folder and 2, 3, and so on for subfolders depth levels. For example, if Number of folders to display is 100 and Count folder depth up to is 3, then each page in the folder frame displays 100 folders with a depth of 1, 2, or 3. All subfolders after depth level 4 appear but not be considered for pagination. |
| Date and time format | webMethods.io MFT honors the user date and time format configuration done in SAG Cloud. However, these settings can be overwritten in webMethods.io MFT user account settings. This setting is applicable to all webMethods.io MFT logs and scheduled actions. |
| Time zone format | This setting is applicable to all webMethods.io MFT logs and scheduled actions. |
- Click Save.
The configured settings are updated under My settings or Default settings respectively.
Note:
- The configurations under My settings overrides the configurations under Default settings.
- The Default settings are displayed by default to the monitoring users.
- In Chrome and Firefox, language settings on the web browser dictates the preferred language on the login page and language settings on the computer dictates the preferred language in the webMethods.io MFT UI after log in.
- In Internet Explorer, the language settings on your computer dictate both the preferred language on the login page and the preferred language webMethods.io MFT UI after log in.
