The webMethods.io Embed v10.12 highlights are a high-level preview of the enhancements and updates for the upcoming v10.12 release and are subject to changes when the release becomes generally available.
New features and enhancements | Description |

Introducing FlowServices | You can now use FlowServices when you want to create complex integrations that require advanced data transformation and custom logic implementation. |
Webhook authentication | You can now add an extra layer of security to your webhooks by enabling the webhook authentication. Currently, there are two options:

Added validity to JWT token | You can now specify the duration for which your JWT token should stay active through the Developer Tools screen in the webMethods.io Embed admin portal. |
Added new set of public APIs for Solutions | Using the new set of public APIs for solutions, you can create, update, list, publish, unpublish, delete, and deploy specific solutions. |
White Labeling | You can now customize the appearance of your webMethods.io Embed tenant based on your organization branding using the white labeling feature. |
Consume custom connectors inside webMethods.io Embed | You can now consume custom CLI connectors that are created within the same tenant. |
Enhancement in role management | You can now specify which menu options (Projects, Monitor, Alerts etc.) should become visible under a specific role. All the users that are assigned a particular role, inherit the permissions granted to the role. |

webMethods.io Integration is supported on the latest version of Google Chrome web browser (v92 or later).
After webMethods.io Integration is upgraded, the older version browser’s cache and cookies are not cleared automatically. This may lead to incorrect display of page content. Ensure that you clear the browser’s cache manually after every upgrade, and then log in to webMethods.io Integration.
webMethods.io Integration is best experienced when the scale and layout are adjusted to the below settings:

Create and manage user roles | You can now create custom roles and assign them to your tenant users to establish project-level access control. The set of permissions granted to each role are automatically assigned to the associated users. ![]() |
Receive daily usage statistics emails for your tenant | You can now create alerts for daily usage statistics and receive the notification emails. ![]() |
Execute custom CloudStream actions | In the previous release, you could only execute default connector actions. From this release, you can execute custom cloudstream actions in your tenant. |
Allow group of users to access each other’s workflows in embedded application | In previous release, users could only access their own worklflows in the embedded application. From this release, the authorized group of users can access each other’s workflows in the embedded application. |
Intercom removed from the UI | In earlier releases, you could use the Intercom available on the user interface for support. In this release, the Intercom is removed. For support, go to the Help menu and click Support. ![]() |
Enabled Session Timeout, Idle Timeout, and Popup Auth field by default for all tenants | In previous releases, the Session Timeout, Idle Timeout, and Popup Auth fields were enabled by default for the Bot-enabled tenants only. In this release, we have enabled these fields for all tenants by default. |
Mandatory fields are marked with Astrisk(*) | All the mandatory fields in the Bots configuration form are now marked with asterisk (*). |
SDK initialization and user login through API request | We have updated the Embed SDK to allow the users to initialize the Embed SDK and login by sending an API request. |
Change tenant timezone from SAG Cloud | In previous release, users’ system timezone was considered as user’s Embed tenant timezone. From this release, users can set custom timezone for their Embed tenant from the Software AG Cloud. |
