How to access webMethods.io Embed from Software AG My Cloud?
To access webMethods.io Embed from Software AG My cloud, click on the App switcher icon and go to webMethods.io Integration dashboard. Next, click on the App Switcher icon in your webMethods.io Integration tenant and select webMethods.io Embed dashboard.
How to check if the Build Your Own Workflow (BYOW) feature is enabled for my account?
Login to your webMethods.io Embed tenant, click on the Profile icon, and select Profile. Under Add-on Features section, if the Embed Ipaas option is listed, then it means that Build Your Own Workflow (BYOW) feature is enabled for your tenant. Moreover, in your integrated application, a new BYOW section becomes visible.

How to create commands and convert solutions to commands?
webMethods.io Embed lets you create solutions and commands.
Solutions: Trigger/webhook-enabled workflows which are used to create default bot notifications and allow end users to create custom integrations in an Embed experience.
Commands: Webhook-enabled workflows which are used to create interactive bots.
You can create commands and convert existing solutions to commands.
Creating new commands To create a new command, follow the steps given below:
- Create a project with the required workflow that fulfills all the prerequisites and follows the specified procedure for creating an interactive bot, and then click the Create Solution option.
- You will see the Add as Command checkbox in the Create Solution window that appears. Select this checkbox to create a new command.
- If you want to publish the command immediately, select the Publish Now checkbox as well. Doing so will add a new drop-down list to the screen through which you can add the command to one or more bots.
- Once this is done, click CREATE. This will create a new command.
Converting existing solutions to commands You can convert an existing solution to command. To do so, follow the steps given below:
Navigate to Solutions screen tab, locate the solution you want to convert, and click the ‘Convert Solution to Command’ icon. You will be prompted to confirm your action. Click Yes. This will convert your existing solution to command.
