Configure IdPs to connect to Software AG Cloud

Use the Software AG Cloud Add Identity Provider feature to configure identity providers that can authenticate Software AG Cloud users. Software AG supports SAML 2.0.
The procedure to configure an identity provider on Software AG Cloud for Cloud Container remains the same as explained here.
Notes:
- The above procedure is applicable for webMethods Cloud Container that use Software AG Cloud available in Frankfurt and United States (Oregon) regions.
- You cannot use an external IDP user as a technical user for API authentication. Instead, use an internal user for technical API calls.
Software AG Cloud supports the following Single Sign-On Providers:
- PingFederate
- Ping Identity
- OKTA
- Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) 3.0
- Microsoft Azure
Important: Software AG Cloud supports only Service Provider Initiated SSO.
